Move-Out & Move-In Cleaning in Medford, Oregon
Empty-home cleans that give the keys back with confidence — one flat price, booked free.
Moving out of a rental in Medford, closing on a house, or turning over a unit between tenants? A move clean is done on an empty home so every cabinet, closet, drawer, appliance and floor edge can actually be reached — the places a landlord or buyer looks first.
Our Move-In / Move-Out Clean is one all-inclusive flat price. Typical-room examples are $406 for 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom and $514 for 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms. Kitchen, living, dining, laundry, supplies, equipment and package travel are included. These examples are one-time, non-holiday visits without extras; your selected scope and date determine the final total. You pay $0 to book.
We work from a written checklist, so nothing gets forgotten on a moving day when everyone is already stretched thin.
What's covered on an empty home
Inside everything
Cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out, closets and shelving, inside the oven and fridge, window sills and tracks.
Bathrooms & kitchen
Tub, shower, grout, toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, counters and backsplash scrubbed down to clean, not just tidy.
Floors & detail
Baseboards, door frames, switch plates, vents, cobwebs, then floors vacuumed and mopped edge to edge.
Carpet shampooing, exterior windows and trash hauling aren't part of a move clean — we'll tell you up front rather than after the fact.
Landlords, agents and property managers
We handle turnovers across Medford, Central Point, Phoenix, Talent, White City, Eagle Point, Jacksonville, Ashland and Grants Pass — single units, duplexes and short-term rentals between guests.
Regular turnover work can run on a recurring arrangement saving 10% every 2 weeks or 5% monthly. Call (541) 414-8724 daily between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, or email TeaTreeCleaningOregon@gmail.com and we'll put the flat rate in writing.
