Scope of Work
Each package includes a specific, standardized scope of work as described on our services pages. We clean what is listed in your selected package — thoroughly and professionally. Services not listed in your selected package are not included unless added as an add-on.
Condition Expectations
Your quoted total is final for the scope and condition described, including labor, rounded-up supplies, equipment, insurance, overhead and the travel shown. Actual cleaning time or product use will not change your bill. If a Standard Clean needs Deep cleaning because the condition is worse than described, we will show you the fixed Deep price and ask for your approval before any extra work. You pay only the difference, never a separate condition fee.
Liability Limitations
TeaTreeCleaningOregon LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, stains, discoloration, or conditions discovered during cleaning. We do not move heavy furniture or appliances (over 25 lbs), climb ladders taller than 2 steps, or clean items of extraordinary value unless specifically arranged in advance. Clients are responsible for securing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to the appointment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Create a free account to request a booking — no card or payment is required. Theresa reviews every request before confirming your job. Payment is due after cleaning and no later than 30 days afterward. Pay in your client portal by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account or Cash App, or contact us to arrange cash or check. Friendly reminder emails are sent every 3 days until paid. Saved cards and automatic payments are optional and customer-controlled. There are no cancellation fees — cancel or reschedule anytime; we just ask for as much notice as you can give.
