TeaTreeCleaningOregon LLC Cleaning Service Agreement (version 2026-10-21-fixed-scope-paylater) Thank you for choosing TeaTreeCleaningOregon LLC! This agreement simply explains what you can expect from us and what we kindly ask of you, so everyone is on the same page. 1. The parties. This agreement is between TeaTreeCleaningOregon LLC, a woman-owned Oregon limited liability company based in Medford, Oregon 97504 ("we", "us"), and the customer named on this booking ("you"). Your name, service address, contact details, booking date and time, the services and job duties you selected, and the total price are saved with this agreement and form part of it. 2. Services. We will provide the cleaning package or custom services you selected, as listed on your booking and invoice, at the service address you gave. Theresa currently provides owner-operated solo cleaning; every visit follows the agreed checklist. 3. Price. Your quoted total is final for the scope and condition described, including labor, rounded-up supplies, equipment, insurance, overhead and the travel shown. Actual cleaning time or product use will not change your bill. If a Standard Clean needs Deep cleaning because the condition is worse than described, we will show you the fixed Deep price and ask for your approval before any extra work. You pay only the difference, never a separate condition fee. Cleanings on a US federal holiday are billed at 1.5× the normal rate, already included in the total shown. Any new services you request are a separate scope, quoted and approved before work, not a correction to your original price. 4. Booking is free. It costs $0 to book. No card is required, and nothing is charged, held or verified when you book. 5. Payment. Payment is due after your cleaning is completed, and no later than 30 days after the cleaning date. You can pay in your client portal by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank account or Cash App, or by cash or check. Prompt payment helps us cover business expenses and buy supplies, and we truly appreciate it. We will send friendly reminder emails every 3 days until the bill is paid, and your portal always shows whether your bill is paid or unpaid. 6. Unpaid balances. If a bill is still unpaid more than 30 days after the cleaning, we will first contact you to work it out. If it still is not paid, you agree that we may pursue the unpaid amount through a collection agency or court (including small claims court in Jackson County, Oregon), and that you will be responsible for the unpaid amount plus court costs, collection costs and other costs to the extent allowed by Oregon law. We may also pause future bookings until the balance is paid. 7. Cancelling or rescheduling. There are no cancellation fees. You can cancel or reschedule anytime; we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer the time to another customer. 8. Access and a safe workplace. Please make sure we can get into the property at the booked time, that utilities (water and electricity) are on, and that pets are secured. Please tell us about anything hazardous before we arrive. We may decline or stop work in unsafe conditions (for example biohazards, pests, mold, or unsafe structures). 9. Valuables and fragile items. We kindly ask you to put away cash, jewelry, medication, firearms, important papers and very fragile, antique or high-value items before your cleaning. 10. What we are responsible for. We take great care in your home or building and carry business insurance. If we damage something through our own fault, please let us know within 48 hours of the cleaning and we will repair, replace or reimburse it at fair value, at our choice. 11. What we are not responsible for. We are not responsible for: damage that already existed or normal wear and tear; items that were not secure, already broken, or poorly installed or attached; valuables or fragile items left out against item 9; damage from following your instructions or using products you provided; stains, marks or damage that cannot be removed with normal cleaning; or anything outside the services you booked. We never move heavy furniture or appliances unless agreed, and we do not climb above a standard step ladder. 12. Our happiness promise. If something on your checklist was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean that area at no charge. Unhappiness with the cleaning does not cancel the bill, but we will always try to make it right. 13. Commercial jobs and contracts. Government and non-government (business) contracts are quoted on our website but are finalized in person. They are not created by this agreement. 14. Communication. You agree that we may contact you by email, phone or text about your booking, your bill and payment reminders. 15. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Jackson County, Oregon. If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. This agreement, together with your booking and invoice, is the entire agreement for this cleaning. 16. Electronic signature. Checking the agreement box is your electronic signature and has the same effect as signing on paper. TeaTreeCleaningOregon LLC keeps a record of this agreement with your name, account email, service address, job details, price, and the date, time, internet address and device you agreed from, and can provide you a printed copy anytime.
