Every payment — booking fee or remaining balance — gets a numbered receipt. We email you a private link where you can view it and download or print a PDF copy any time. Lost the link? Call (541) 414-8724 and we'll resend it.
Need to cancel your booking?
Open the private pay link we emailed you and use the cancel button there — it works any time, day or night. Cancel 72 hours or more before your start time and we refund your 25% booking fee in full, automatically. Cancel less than 72 hours before your start time and the booking fee is kept. The 72 hours are counted back from your scheduled start time, not from when you booked. If you just need a different day, rescheduling is free and keeps your booking fee.
