Every payment gets a numbered receipt. We email you a private link where you can view it and download or print a PDF copy any time. Lost the link? Call (541) 414-8724 and we'll resend it.
Need to cancel your booking?
Open the private pay link we emailed you and use the cancel button there — it works any time, day or night. There are no cancellation fees — cancel anytime. The 72 hours are counted back from your scheduled start time, not from when you booked. If you just need a different day, rescheduling is free at any time.
