Question 1

How much do Medford cleaning services cost?

Accepted Answer

A Standard Clean is $183 for a studio, $230 for a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom home, $285 for a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom home and $310 for a 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home. Deep is $451 and Move-In/Out is $514 for 3BR/2BA. These are one-time, non-holiday Medford package examples for typical room sizes without extras, including shared rooms, labor, supplies, equipment and package travel. Your actual scope and date determine the final total shown before booking.

Question 2

Are there any hidden fees, travel fees or supplies fees?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fees. Full-house packages include supplies, equipment, labor and Rogue Valley travel; Klamath Falls adds one flat $135 round trip shown before booking. Custom quotes separately itemize supplies, overhead, cleaning and travel per cleaner. Optional extras and holiday rates appear in your upfront total. Any change in scope requires your approval before extra work begins.

Question 3

Do I have to pay anything when I book?

Accepted Answer

No. Requesting a booking costs $0 and requires a free account, not a card. Pay after cleaning, within 30 days, online in your portal or by arranged cash or check. Autopay and saved cards are optional.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Your client portal accepts major US-issued bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Link and ACH bank payments — all processed securely. You can also request to pay by cash or check; those are marked paid by our team once received.

Question 5

How do I book a cleaning in Medford?

Accepted Answer

Choose residential or commercial cleaning, pick your package, rooms and extras, and see your total. Sign in to your free account, select a date and submit your request. Theresa reviews each request before accepting the job. No card required; cleaning appointments begin November 1, 2026.

Question 6

Can I get a quote before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a package quote with selected services, extras and an all-inclusive total, or a fully itemized custom quote. Get your quote without an account or commitment and email it to yourself; the booking link carries your selections into booking.

Question 7

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There are no cancellation fees — cancel or reschedule anytime. We just ask for as much notice as you can give.

Question 8

Can I reschedule my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request a new date online anytime from your confirmation email or client portal, and Theresa will confirm the change.

Question 9

Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?

Accepted Answer

Every-2-week service can save up to 10% off the package rate, and monthly service up to 5%, depending on scope. Actual savings appear before booking; add-ons are not discounted. Request up to 26 visits at once. Accepted visits retain their agreed prices; new or changed scope is quoted before approval.

Question 10

What's included in a house cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Every residential package includes the kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room, plus the bedrooms and bathrooms you select. We bring all supplies and equipment. Each package — Touch-Up, Standard, Deep, Move-In/Out and Post-Construction — has a clearly described checklist on our Residential page.

Check the live calendar for available appointments from November 1, 2026 onward. Submit requests online 24/7; Theresa reviews every request before confirming the job.

Question 18

How long does a house cleaning take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the package and home size, but as a guide: a Standard Clean of a typical 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Medford home takes a few hours, while a Deep Clean or Move-In/Out Clean takes longer. Because we price flat by the job — never hourly — the time never changes your price.

Question 19

Do you offer move-out cleaning for Medford rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our Move-In/Out Clean is an empty-home package for rentals, apartment turnovers and home sales, priced for your selected scope. It does not guarantee a deposit refund; your landlord's requirements still apply.

Question 20

Is there a cleaning service near me in the Rogue Valley?

Accepted Answer

We serve Grants Pass, Ashland, Central Point, White City, Eagle Point, Phoenix, Talent, Jacksonville and the surrounding Rogue Valley from our Medford base. Rogue Valley package travel is included; custom quotes show travel within the fixed total. Klamath Falls adds one $135 round trip.
