R4 — Move-In / Move-Out Clean
The prices below are the prices for this package. You can go back a step to change the package.
Your all-inclusive package covers the selected bedrooms and bathrooms plus the included shared rooms. Supplies, equipment, labor and applicable travel are included in the total shown before you request a booking.
The starting scope includes your kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and first bathroom. Each bedroom and extra bathroom adds to the total, with the selected cleaning level and workload factored in. A typical 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is selected to start — adjust the arrows to match your home. For a studio, set bedrooms to zero and bathrooms to one. Garages and stairs are not offered.
