- Deep Clean: $360 for 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom; $451 for 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
- Move-In / Move-Out Clean: $406 for 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom; $514 for 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
- Post-Construction Clean: $702 for 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms.
Examples include kitchen, living, dining, laundry, supplies, equipment and package travel for typical room sizes, on a non-holiday one-time visit with no extras. Your selected scope, date and available savings determine your final fixed total.

What changes the price
- How many rooms you have is the starting point — each bedroom, bathroom and living space has its own flat price, so a studio stays cheap and a big house is priced fairly.
- Condition: a home that's cleaned regularly costs less to maintain than one needing a first deep clean.
- Add-ons: optional extras like inside the oven or fridge are priced separately — and only offered when they aren't already included in your package, so you never pay for the same thing twice.
- Recurring service: every-2-week clients save up to 10% and monthly clients save up to 5% on every visit, with the available discount calculated for the selected scope before booking.
How payment works
When you book online, nothing is paid and no card is needed. After your cleaning, pay your bill in your client portal however you like. Your booking shows the exact total before you confirm, so there are no surprise quotes after the fact.
