The flat price covers 3 rooms on a single story. Each room after that is a flat $25 — bedrooms, living room, dining room, office or bonus rooms. Kitchens and the first two bathrooms are always included. Extra stories, bathrooms and areas are their own flat rates in the next section, so your total is locked in before you book — no guessing.

The more often we visit, the less each visit costs. The discount comes off every single visit — no contract, cancel or change anytime.

Your package starts at a flat $155. Everything below is priced separately at its own flat rate, so you only pay for what you actually want cleaned. Your total updates as you pick.

The package covers 3 rooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms, living, dining, office and bonus rooms count toward your room total above — everything else is its own flat rate below.

3. Your details

We clean 7 days a week, and you can book online 24 hours a day. Green days are open, red days already have our 2-job limit filled, so please choose another day. Federal holidays (amber days) are cleaned at an increased holiday rate. After 5pm our phone is off — booking here on the website is the way to reach us.

Recurring Service takes about 3 hrs. We take up to 2 jobs per time window for this package, and no more than 2 jobs in a single day.

Photos aren't required — but they help a lot. Snapshots of each room you'd like cleaned let your cleaner know exactly what they're walking into, so we bring the right supplies, quote you accurately and save everyone time and money. We really appreciate the help!

The booking fee is part of your total, not an extra charge. It is only held on your card at first — it comes out of your account once we accept your job, and the hold is released if we can't take it. Cancel 72 hours or more before your start time and it is refunded in full. Cancel later than that and it is kept.

This is a flat price, not an estimate range and not an hourly rate. Supplies, equipment and travel are included. Nothing gets added later without your OK.

Before you send: booking fee & cancellation policy

To confirm your booking you pay 25% of your total — about $37–$37 for this order. This money counts toward your bill, it is not an extra charge. The other 75% is due when the job is finished. You can cancel and get your booking fee back in full up to 72 hours before your start time. Cancel less than 72 hours before your start time and the booking fee is not refunded.
